Free Library

Colonial Gardens Free Library
Colonial Gardens now has our very own Little Free Library! A Little Free Library is a “take a book, return a book” gathering place where neighbors share their favorite literature and stories. A Little Free Library is typically a decorated, weather safe box filled with books where anyone may stop by and pick up a book and bring back another book to share. You can, too!
Installed for Earth Day our Little Free Library is located at 1922 Altavue Road. It is under the stewardship of the homeowner, Denise Stanco, who designed and decorated the Library and will keep it maintained. It’s right along the sidewalk for easy and safe access to all. Stop by and take a peak.

Help the Patapsco and join the stream watch program.   The Patapsco Heritage Greenway is dedicated to preserving, protecting, interpreting and restoring the environment, history and culture of the Patapsco River Valley.  See the website for volunteer information.

The Catonsville Chamber of Commerce "Shop the 'Ville" campaign encourages everyone to shop local, and lists discounts and coupons on the website.
